We may also recommend making modifications to the designation that will allow for registration of the trademark.
We will assess whether, in your specific case, it is more appropriate to proceed with national trademark registrations in selected EU countries or whether to apply for an EU trademark registration at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
