Information on the Outcome of the Proceedings

Once the registration process is completed, we will send you all documents issued by the Industrial Property Office related to the trademark registration.

We will assess whether a particular designation can be protected as a trademark and will suggest a suitable and effective registration scope to ensure the most suitable scope of protection (selection of products and services). We may also recommend making modifications to the designation that will allow for registration of the trademark.
We will assess whether, in your specific case, it is more appropriate to proceed with national trademark registrations in selected EU countries or whether to apply for an EU trademark registration at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Trademark Registration Proceedings in the EU

We will prepare and submit an EU trademark application to EUIPO or secure national registrations in individual EU countries. Throughout the EU trademark registration process, we will manage communications with EUIPO on your behalf and keep you informed. We will assess whether, in your specific case, it is more appropriate to proceed with national trademark registrations in selected countries or whether to apply for international registration through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

We will prepare and apply for an international trademark or arrange for the filing of a national trademark in a specific country through a foreign representative.
