With more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property protection, Vladislava specializes in in-court and out-of-court dispute resolution and counseling in a wide range of areas of rights protection. She has in-depth knowledge in the areas of trademark protection, combating unfair competition, counterfeiting and copyright law. She provides comprehensive legal support and innovative solutions to her clients in many industries such as food, fashion, cosmetics, medicine, pharmaceuticals, IT, media and entertainment.
Vladislava represents clients before Czech courts, the Industrial Property Office, EUIPO, WIPO and cooperates with an international network of attorneys. Her ability to communicate effectively in three languages enables her to navigate the international legal environment with grace and efficiency.

Vladislava graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University (M.A. degree), where she defended her thesis on the protection of architectural works and successfully passed the rigorous examination (JUDr. degree). Her language skills in Czech, English and Russian enable her to work effectively in the international legal environment.
