Professional path and focus
Vojtěch focuses on advising and representing clients in litigation concerning domain names, intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, designs) and unfair competition. She has an exceptional ability to handle complex contractual negotiations relating to intellectual property, including licensing agreements.
His practice also includes representation of clients before Czech courts and state authorities in the field of civil and commercial law. Vojtěch's position as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, where he also served as a member of the presidency of this court, is a testament to his deep understanding and experience with arbitration.
In addition to his legal practice, Vojtěch is engaged in publishing and teaching. He is a long-standing member of the Department of International Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he focuses on public international law.
